Mittwoch 19 Uhr. Donnerstag 10:30 Vinyasa Flow live from London. Plus Workshops & Specials.

Inspired by a fascination with anatomy, Adam specialises in Alignment-Based Vinyasa Yoga, informed by years of study and with Jason Crandell, and assisting him on a number of advanced teacher trainings. Being further influenced by; the spiritual wisdom of renowned meditation teacher Michael Stone, the dynamic teachings of Cameron Shayne and the anatomical knowledge of Tom Myers, Adam consistently refines his teaching method both as instructor and student.

Adam believes that yoga is a personally subjective practice of self enquiry, where only one thing is for certain: whether a long-time listener, first time caller, or anywhere in between… yoga offers us all plenty of options to challenge and reward. Start small, go slow, practise, and all is coming.

Donnerstag 20 Uhr live from Belfast.
Kate is a qualified Yoga teacher, Yoga therapist, Ayurvedic consultant and Ayurvedic therapist and writer who is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Expect an invigorating and grounding breath with movement practice for body and mind to set you up for a productive and purposeful Tuesday.
Prana Flow yoga practices hold their roots in ancient classical yoga traditions specifically the Vinyasa Krama yoga taught by Sri T Krishnamacharya.  They are also weaved with Ayurveda’s aim of our own unique inner balance within nature.
These practices have been cultivated over many years by Kate’s teacher Shiva Rea and will help you feel more alive and at peace to walk your path.
Each yoga class will variously take into consideration the time of day, the day of the week, the season and the solar and lunar cycles.
